Natalie Turned 7

Natalie loves her cat Sylvester so much and he loves her too, as you can tell from the picture below! He lets her carry him around like a baby doll, and he likes to snuggle with her and lick her cheeks. It's quite the relationship.

So I wasn't surprised when she declared she wanted to have a "Kitty Party."

Thanks to some ideas from a friend, the party was a success.
I made all the girls some kitty ears and painted whiskers on their faces. So they could become kittens for the party.

We had a kitty relay race. They had to race to a bowl and dig out a candy with their mouth, then race to a matt and eat it, then run to another mat, pretend to go potty and run home. It was pretty entertaining!

Natalie picked out a Little Pet Shop cake since it was the cutest cake with a cat on it.

For the finale, we bought a litter box and filled it with candy, prizes and rice. Before the girls went home they had to clean the litter box and find their prizes! The opened tootsie rolls were mostly Natalie's idea.

Natalie was pretty happy with the presents we gave her too. A new Polly Pocket and a Little Pet Shop house.

Happy Birthday Natalie!!

Ok the Tootsie Roll was GROSS but SO CUTE! I am impressed that Natalie has the sense of humor at her age to think of that! And the cat costume idea was so cute too. It looks like they all had a wonderful time!
